Currently I'm knitting a big project ordered by my aunt. A traditional cardigan with a yoke knitted in the round, and a beautifull star pattern. It's knitted in the largest size and on needles 3 mm, it takes a while. The nice thing about the projectis that it is mainly knit in stockinette stitch, wich makes it perfect to knit in front of the TV. Now I've reached the yoke and the pattern part, and it's a more entertaining knit now.
Jeg legger mønsterfargen over pekefingeren, og legger bunnfargen over langfingeren.
I've been wondering if people knit in different ways when they knit with two colours at the same time? I learned to do it on my own as I wanted to knit selbu patterns and I had nobody that could show me how. I put the pattern color over my index finger, and the background color over the middle finger. The colors are held in the same "order" all the time, which is crucial for a good and even result.
